I am a Dutch and U.S. American philosopher. I recently graduated with a doctorate in philosophy from the University of California, Irvine. I am currently writing a paper on free will, effort, and retrocausation. I am also planning out research on urges, effort, and the nature of self. As a side interest, I am researching mindfulness practices and their approach to the self/mind.
